Students take to the slopes on Italian ski trip

Last week Cirencester College ran a successful college ski trip to the Aosta Valley in Northern Italy.

Thirty five students from across all courses went along, and took part in both skiing and snowboarding during the trip. The group were lucky enough to receive excellent weather and almost perfect skiing conditions. Students also had a full Apre Ski programme organised in the evenings, including a Pizza Night and Ice Cream Night – the full authentic Italian experience!

“Whether they were beginners or pros, the students received comprehensive instruction during the week and made excellent progress. All groups managed to complete a range of Red runs by Thursday, and some advanced skiers even went off-piste and tackled the most difficult Black slopes on the mountain.” said Damian Cuke, a member of staff who supervised the trip.

For students who wish to express an interest in the trip for the next academic year (2020/21), please email or for further information.
